We had a request other than the menu, they took care of it without breaking. They were both hot and delicious. Health to your hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40TL'lik Getir siparişinde 20tl indirim var diye siparişi 1 saat bekleyip iptal ettiler, kuponda yandı iadesi olmuyormuş ne bi arama ne bir özür saatlerce aç kaldığımızla, kuponumuzun yandığıyla kaldık. Tavsiye etmiyorum keyfine göre işletme.
They canceled the order for 1 hour because there was a 20 TL discount on the 40TL Getir order. I do not recommend it to your taste.

Güleryüzlü bir karşılama var, ilgi ve dikkatle sipariş alma var, ama siparişi unutma da var. Örneğin, çorba ve yemek sipariş ettik, çorba unutuldu ve sadece yemek geldi. Yemekten sonra hesap istedik, sipariş etmediğimiz ürünleri hesap fişinde gördük. Sonra defalarca özür dileyip düzeltme yaptılar. Kısacası, misafirlerimin karşısında utandım.

I went to eat based on the comments made about the workplace and I was sorry. Maybe it happened to me, but their attention to the client is just to show. There is a friendly welcome, there is attention and care to order, but there is also a forget to order. For example, we ordered soup and food, the soup was forgotten and only the food arrived. We asked for an account after the meal, and we saw the products we did not order on the account slip. Then they repeatedly apologized and corrected. In short, I was embarrassed by my guests.
Apart from that, the food is good and the prices are affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siparişi unuttular!!! 1 saat sonra arayınca pişkin pişkin karışıklık olmuş ne yapalım yani diye karşılık verdiler. Bir de "bir tanem" diye laubali bir hitap şekli yok sizin karşınızda müşteri var. Bir daha asla sipariş vermem bitmiştir benim için!!
They forgot the order!!! When I called after 1 hour, they replied, "What should we do? Also, there is no casual way of addressing "my sweetheart", you have a customer in front of you. It's over for me that I will never order again!!
