Very bad service

Please read the review before doing any business with this company.... In November, I went to this company on recommendation to have my bathroom done. My first meeting was with the owner of the company, Mr. Hacı Ahmet. They called them to their offices to meet face to face and discuss the details. Hacı Ahmet Bey directed me to Enes Bey, the architects. I talked to them a few times in detail about what kind of bathroom I wanted. I emphasized it meticulously and told Enes many times that I would not accept any mistakes, that I was obsessed with details and that I wanted a very careful and meticulous work. This disrespectful, inept, who promises that the process will take 4 days and that the back pediment will come in 2-3 days and that they will deliver the bathroom in 1 week, that everything will be perfect, that they will take a wonderful 4-4 bath concept, will not keep his promise and complete the bathroom in 6 weeks. They couldn't finish it, and on top of it, it was beyond a disaster and how many defective, broken, cracked, cracked, stained broken marble they used, as if they weren't enough, they also put on the sink mirror (could not keep up with the size they made twice) and the basin they put on it with great difficulty, and they inadvertently polished the marbles to the floor. To be laid, it was cut into a rectangular shape and laid on the ground. When I asked the top protector to take it off, they said they would take it off last because there were dents in the middle of the marble and in one or two places. Enes Bey thought until the last moment that they would sneak away without us seeing it. The stones were taught, but the edges were broken, and when I asked Enes why this happened, I absolutely do not want it, he shamelessly replied that we cut this marble with a saw, so if we cut it with a jagged machine, it would be straight. I have never seen people with such mentality and such a joke. But from now on, I will make the real joke by dealing with them. In addition to these, among the damages they have given me, the house has probably been cleaned of marble dirt 10 times, my bathroom wall papers have sunk, and most importantly, they broke my toilet cover, which has a large amount. I will continue to spread the work of this company in social media and in all my close circles with photos and videos. Since this company does not stand behind this disgraceful workmanship, everyone will hear and know how this company provides service. I'm a victim, please don't be a victim who reads this comment.
