On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, my mother Hava Türkan Çakır's knee prosthesis surgery was performed by doctor Cihan ACI and her team, and the operation was completed successfully, thank goodness, we were taken to the surgical service from there, and all the staff, especially the head nurse Elvan and the service nurses, the caregivers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yardim eden kimse yok cok ilgisiz disari cikip sigara icebilen personeli de kiniyorum 1,5 saatir test sonucu bekliyorum laboratoria da sikinti var diye soylediler ama bu kadar da olmaz yani. Kimse yok hepsi yemege kacti sanirim. Musteriye yardim 0 bugun 3 defa gelmek zorunda kaldim. Bu dediklerim acil icin hastanenin mudurlerine sesleniyorum lutfen ama lutfen bu acildeki personelinizi yenileyen.
There is no one to help, they are very indifferent, I also condemn the staff who can go out and smoke. I have been waiting for the test result for 1.5 hours. They said that there is a problem in the laboratory, but that's not all. There is no one, I think they all had dinner. Help the customer 0 I had to come 3 times today. This is what I said, I am calling out to the managers of the hospital for the emergency, please, but please renew your staff in this emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my PCR (Covid-19) test in there. Very quickly they took the samples.. Next day the result was ready.. Price for the PCR Test is 250 Turkish Liras which is equal for 28 Euros (18.Jan.2021)..
Very clean, new equipments and professional stuff.. Thanks to Turkish National Health Service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my PCR test there. No one speaks english there and wont take credit card / debit card there. Cash only. Cost was about 300TL in Sept 2021. Results came within 10 hours. The staff were very un helpful. They did not give us the barcode number that we need to get the result. Had to send a local (someone we know) to get the barcode number as we left the town.

I had my covid vaccination here (due to multiple allergy's i was advised to have it done in hospital) within 5 minutes of having the vaccine i had a reaction the staff were quick and very caring, I have had my second and third vaccine here and each time they have been amazing with me..My Daughter broke her elbow in October 2021 she was seen quick and fast (unlike UK hospitals) she was also seen weekly for 6 weeks by the Orthopedic team and had regular scans, I cannot fault this hospital.
