★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 ay önce koltuk ve berjel sipariş ettik covit öncesinde bizi önümüzdeki hafta gelecek bir hafta sonra kesin gelecek vs diye oyaladılar paramızı istedik onu da vermediler firmaya iptal talebi göndereceğiz sonra onaylanırsa ücretinizi vereceğiz dediler(!) aradığımızda telefonları açmıyorlar mesaj atıyoruz geri dönen yok müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır paramızla rezil olduk bir yıldız bile fazla bir de koltuk aldığımız halde halı diye geçtiler fazla vergi kesilmesin diyeymiş sanırım fatura da kesilmedi bu yüzden bişey aldığımızı kanıtlayamadıkta bunu bildikleri için haklıymış gibi bize yasal yollara başvurun o zaman dediler. İlk ve son olsun birdaha örnek mobilya dan alışveriş yapmam yakın çevreme de yaptırmam.
We ordered a seat and berjel 6 months ago, before the covit they asked us to give us a cancellation request next week next week. Even if a star was too infamous with our money, even though we bought a seat, they went through the carpet and said that the tax was not deducted, I think the invoice was not cut, so when we couldn't prove that we were buying something, they said to us that they were right because they knew it.
