Ornek Hotel

I was hired on 30.03.2021 as the reception and ground floor personnel for insurance + minimum wage + food and beverage. I did all the work on all floors including the ground floor for 6 days. When I asked for my 7th day insurance, I was fired. I demanded the money I deserved 565 lira, which is the equivalent of my 6-day labor over the minimum wage. Only 300 lira was given to me. Upon I told the necessary authorities that I would complain about this situation, they said that in that case, we would say that the hotel material was damaged. I wanted to present them to the information of the people with advanced justice awareness who want to look from here and stay. In summary, the owner of this hotel has seized 265 lira of his worker. The incident is not 265 lira, but labor and sweat, regardless of the amount, if my labor of 1 lira or 10,000 lira was stolen, I became a follower of this event because I am a person who will defend my right for my honor in any way. The owner of the hotel tried to delete the comment with the slanders I mentioned. He's going to complain about me to the most beautiful lawyer. :)) I guess he wanted to digest it in his own way, but he must not have known that I am a university graduate and that I have detailed information about the legislation. I gave him an opinion about the institutions and organizations he could complain about and that he had the right to complain that there was a legal remedy in the incident.

Absolutely disgusting place , unhygienic condition , also the staff in the hotel harassed our girls , came to their room knocked on the door and harassed her , and when we spoke to her she denied it don't go quiet

First of all, most importantly, the room was clean, the smell of damp is present in most places in Erzurum, I did not smell that smell here. Shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper are fully stocked.
