Beautiful hotel and restaurant. The service is fabulous and always friendly.

Nicely renovated boutique hotel...the rooms are very comfortable

Restaurant and the hotel are very well renovated. Food was delicious. Service was normal. Rooms were clean and very authentic. Surrounding areas are hidden gems. We were there with a group of people. The only problem was the owner. The owner was so rude and we felt so terrible after we had dinner at this place. This is not a management run by professional people. Although I would highly recommend the area, I would not recommend the restaurant for groups.

Positive: This is the high mountain coutryside. Unlike the coast, there is no exhausting stuffiness. The air is clean and transparent.. Negative: This is the countryside. You must be prepared for barking, singing roosters at night..

Positive: bed was comfortable. Loads of hot water lovely interesting room and decor. Food in the resturaunt was excellent apart from the breakfast.. Negative: poor breakfast. Room near the resturaunt very noisy if they have an event on. I would stay again but would request a room away from the main building.

Positive: Lovelly place. Ormana is the only place in the world where you can see button houses. And Jane is struggling to save and restore not only their homes and restaurant to its original native state, but the whole village. The hotel itself and a village is a descent place to have a tour. And the surrounding views of the mountains make you speechless. The owners are attentive and speak English very well. Food is delicious and cheap. The restaurant is nice and cosy. Rooms and the whole hotel have a mindblowing tree scent. WiFi and mobile internet works great. Stronly recommend to everyone who is bored by 5-star all-inclusive..

Positive: This is seriously the best place I’ve ever visited in my numerous trips. Everything is made with love and soul, and I felt myself incredibly welcomed in here. The house is very beautiful, you get the proper impression on a traditional construction in these places, and it’s a unique experience! There might be some very small inconveniences like lack of air conditioning, but I assume people are coming here not for this. The bathroom by the way is super modern, comfortable and clean. The WiFi is working perfectly, which I believe is a magic, because you stay in a small village in mountains - but fully connected to the world! Not all the big cities can do so)) Overall the hosts and staff are making literally everything to make you feel comfortable. I didn’t plan any activities in advance, but they made my experience truly unforgettable and still showed me everything! The restaurant is also amazing, everything I tried - was exceptional, very delicious, I had no need to eat anywhere else: breakfast, lunch, dinner - all here and never disappointed. It’s not a hotel, it feels like you are visiting friends or family, who are ready to do anything to make you happy.. Negative: Literally zero complains, only huge thanks to Jane and all staff!.
