★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eylül/2018 de İnegöl Mobiliyum Avm şubesinden aldığımız köşe koltuk takımının orta kısmındaki destekleyici ayak aldıktan 1 ay sonra düştü. Arayıp durumu anlattığımızda gelip onaracaklarını söylediler ancak gelmediler. Bundan sonra bir daha aradık yine gelmediler. Koltuk takımının kumaşları yıkandıkça topaklanma yaptı süngerlerde de çökme oluştu. Kullanıma bağlı olarak belli eskimeler tabiki normal ama 2 yıl içinde bu şekilde bir deformasyon normal değil. Müşteri hizmetlerinden de ürün kalitesinden de memnun kalmadık maalesef. Satış yapıldıktan sonraki aşama ile ilgilenmemeleri kurumsal bir firma için hayal kırıklığı oluşturuyor.
In September / 2018, the corner sofa set we bought from the İnegöl Mobiliyum Shopping Center branch fell a month after buying the supporting leg in the middle. When we called and explained the situation, they said they would come and fix it, but they did not come. After that, we called again, they did not come again. As the fabrics of the sofa set were washed, they clumped and the sponges collapsed. Certain aging depending on usage is of course normal, but such a deformation within 2 years is not normal. Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the customer service or the product quality. It is a disappointment for a corporate company that they do not deal with the stage after the sale is made.

I live in Istanbul and I bought my furniture from Orix, I went on a recommendation, and Orix, the best of the premium segment brands where furniture can be bought in Inegol, is today with its product quality, after-sales support services, polite and understanding employees, packaging of the products, and sensitivities in the shipment. If I buy furniture again, I will buy it from Orix.
