1. Tv unitesinde bulunan bazi parcalar yanlis renkte geldi
2. 2 tane sandalye eksik geldi
3. Ayna kirik cikti
4. Masa cizik geldi
5. Urunu teslim aldigima dair herhangi bir belge gelmedigi icin teslim aldigima dair bir belge imzalamadim (bence en komik olani bu)
Fakat satis temsilcisi feyyaz kardesimin mahcup sekilde elinden geldigince problemlerimi cozmeye calismasi beni gercekten mutlu etti. Orix mobilyanin urunlerinin arkasinda durduguna bu surecte ikna oldum. Orix mobilyayi oneririm.
Begenerek we received the dining room and TV unit when we came home faced many problems
1. Some parts in the TV unit came in the wrong color
2. 2 chairs were missing
3. Mirror broken output
4. The table came scratched
5. I didn't sign a document that I received it because I didn't receive any proof of receipt (I think that's the funniest)
But the sales representative Feyyaz my brother embarrassingly tried to solve my problems as much as I could, I was really happy. I was convinced that Orix was standing behind the furniture. I recommend Orix furniture.

En üzücü yanı ise onca hesap kiap pazarliktan sonra almayı dusündugumüz urünlersen bir taneainden vazgecince tüm ürünler üzerinden yapilan indirimleri geri cekip o guler yüzlü samimi sevecen genç satıcının birden suratinın asilıp minnet etmeyen tavırlar sergilemesi.. Hani derler ya" Bedava verse almam daha.."
Do not necessarily make your choice for furniture inegol. Believe me, you get the same sofa sets at the same price where you are. The only plus of Otix is the massive tables and chairs .. The saddest thing is that if you buy the products that we think to buy after all the bargains, you will withdraw the discounts made on all the products when you give up one of them, and that smiling face, sincere loving young seller suddenly looks up and exhibits ungrateful attitudes .. Hani They say, "I wouldn't buy it for free."
