★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed there for one week in a family 1+1 room. You need to pay extra for the AC units that are running only when you have the room key in the holder. We had one unit per room and the first day the unit in the kids room didn’t work but no refund for that. However the problem was fixed day 2. You also need to pay extra for the safety deposit box, ours jammed one night so that we couldn’t get it open. It took a few discussions and a few “technicians” before we got the box open again. No refund from the hotel management for this either even though we had all our money inside the locker for a day. The breakfast was more or less identical day in and day out and not really something to tell the grandkids about, we actually considered going out for breakfast some of the days but you got something in your stomach anyway.
The positive feedback is that the beds were great, at least we slept very well, the personnel was kind and helpful and the pool and the kids area was good.
The hotel’s own supermarket was a bit pricy and you could get the same stuff at a local store 150m down the street much much cheaper.
We would probably choose another hotel next time but overall the experience was ok!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely staff, spacious rooms, good facilities, they will even do a tattoo for you if you want. Very much family friendly with having a kid's play house. Good pool, nice breakfast. There is a €7 charge for the A/C that you'll definitely need in Turkey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure I would ever recommend this hotel if it wasn't so cheap, if you're okay with sleeping and not spending any time at the hotel then it's okay. The room was big and clean, the beds were comfortable but they are really missing attention to detail. We were told that air-con was an extra 28 euros, towels are washed every three days and the buffet literally consisted of old food! I was surprised that there were families feeding their children that good. Whilst the staff were helpful enough the place is populated with Russians who seemed a bit hostile towards us, two black British females so we made sure not to spend any time near the swimming pool. Overall, if you're only looking for a place to sleep, go for it, but don't eat the food!
