There is not much institutionalism, people who arrive late can sometimes have problems, they cannot be reached by phone all the time. The TV in the rooms can sometimes have an antenna problem.

They put a paper on the door because all our rooms are full and they locked the door. The phone number provided is not reachable. It's not busy. Such a business cannot exist.
