I spent 4 years in the English Language and Literature department. If I were to come to life again, I would read this chapter again. The university is developing day by day, even if it is not perfect, you can make it perfect with your friends and environment. I had great years. It added a lot to me, thanks to my friends and teachers for everything.

Ordu University was established in 2006. Located in a very beautiful location, the university area is very clean and offers a peaceful area for students. Its history is recorded as follows: The university, which is one of the newly established universities in Turkey, was brought to life with the Law No. 5467 dated March 17, 2006 of the Council of Ministers. The University is still active in teaching activities and previously operating under Ondokuz Mayıs University, Ünye Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Fatsa Faculty of Marine Sciences, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, School of Health and Mesudiye Vocational School and Karadeniz Technical University. It was formed by bringing together the Faculty of Agriculture and the Vocational School. In addition, with the founding law, the Faculty of Medicine, the Institute of Science, the Institute of Social Sciences and the Institute of Health Sciences were brought into the university. Upon the appointment of Founding Rector Haluk Kefelioğlu on May 17, 2006, Ünye Vocational School and Fatsa Vocational School joined the university as a result of intense work. In line with the opening of Akkuş Vocational School, approval was obtained from YÖK, and after the completion of the infrastructure, education will begin in this institution. Aiming to be a universal higher education institution, Ordu University, with its contemporary vision, is aware of the high level of responsibility it has towards the youth and society of Turkey, and strives to carry out its scientific activities and educational services and to improve it day by day within this responsibility. Being one of the youngest universities in the country, the university has completed its administrative structures and computer infrastructure in a short time since its establishment. It has taken and continues to take important steps in strengthening its academic staff. The university, which aims to grow and develop hand in hand with its students and attaches importance to participation, has activated the student representative mechanism and aimed to integrate Ordu, which is a fun city, with its students by establishing up to 16 student clubs. The top priority is to create a modern campus that responds to all kinds of social and cultural needs of our students. In order to achieve this goal, all the infrastructure and superstructure projects of the campus have been completed, the foundations have been laid for the addition of new buildings to the campus, and it has begun to form the great university of the future.

Those who want to study medicine and dentistry should not come. If you are coming for family or leisure time, turn to radio, television or literature. Education is pretty poor quality, nobody cares. Student affairs, pass those jobs. Don't waste your years in vain, studying at university is useless at this time, studying here will harm you over that gap. The piece of paper you will receive at the end of 4 years will be of no use to you.

If you are a student of another University, you are not allowed to use the library here. It's a terrible situation. I used the 3 years old SDU library in Isparta very comfortably and the security was at the maximum level. Go experience and learn how the people there are doing this job. It's not a shame not to know, it's a shame not to learn. Instead of turning down a student who comes to study, you should be solution-oriented.

It is not a very big campus, easily accessible, right next to the main road, at the eastern end of the city, and the social facilities, which are located on a flat area, are quite sufficient according to the density, I think the quality of education is determined by the student? so I can't say anything, I can easily say that it is a beautiful place together with the city.
