The director is a complete bureaucrat who is competent in his lady job. They say he's a complete fixer, and he wants to do whatever he can to be useful to the citizen. Very smiling face. Some officers can be more helpful. It should not be as if you are tired of dealing with citizens. Every job has its difficulties. It's not right to make an effort to become a civil servant and then act like you're not happy with the job.
