★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arabamın birinci yıl bakımı için gittim. Diğer yetkili servisler en erken bir hafta sonrasına gün verirken burası ertesi güne randevu verdi. Müşteri hizmetlerindeki Filiz hanim ile servis kayıttaki Tuğce hanim çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Cumartesi günü yoğun olmasına rağmen arabamı saat 10.30 civarı bıraktım 13.30 da aldım. Arabamın sileceği ve depo kapağıyla ilgili sıkıntımı belirtmiştim, bunlarıda halletmişler. Arabam biraz kirliydi, sağolsunlar temizlemişler. Servis hizmetinden çok memnun kaldım. Tavsiye ederim
 I went for the first year maintenance of my car. While other authorized services give the day after one week at the earliest, this one gives an appointment for the next day. Ms. Filiz in the customer service and Ms. Tugce in the service register were very interested. Thank you very much to them. Although it was busy on Saturday, I left my car around 10.30 and got it at 13.30. I mentioned my problem with the wiper and the tank cover of my car, they also took care of them. My car was a little dirty, thank goodness they cleaned it. I was very satisfied with the service. I advise

It felt very good to be greeted by Demet Yıldırım with a smiling face in the insurance unit after the damaged accident and the interest of the service chief, Murat. I am so pleased that I can continue this service, so that Ayhan master will take care of my car, while I was looking for a new car, I said that I would not look for a car other than Renault, I would not buy a car that Ayhan did not say would be possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aracımın periyodik bakımını yaptırdım, ön takımda bir şeyler sökülüp takıldı ,genel anlamda klasik yetkili servis imajını verdiler, aracımı bakımdan aldıktan sonra ön düzenin bozulmuş olduğunu gördüm .Rot ayarı yapılmamış atlanmış.Bir sonraki gün yeniden gittim ve yaptılar fakat serviste geçen fazla zaman ,ulaşım süresi vs vs Bizlere zaman ve nakit kaybı olarak geri dönüyor.
I had my vehicle's periodic maintenance done, something on the front set was disassembled and installed, they gave the image of a classic authorized service in general, I saw that the front order was broken after I took my vehicle from maintenance. The wheel adjustment was not made, it was skipped. I went again the next day and they did it, but the extra time in the service, the transportation time etc etc. It comes back to us as a waste of time and money.
