Ordered a car for rental on 29.08.2021 for the whole next day (30.08.2021) using the web form located on the site ending with "xyz", to which you are redirected from the official site. The booking flow was completed successfully and the confirmation page said a separate confirmation E-mail would arrive. Neither did this confirmation E-mail arrive, nor did something happen at the reservation start time next day. A subsequent call to the specified number revealed the following: a) The company was open on that day (30.08 is a public holiday in Turkey). b) My web reservation was not received and even seen at all. c) In reality the company does not offer car rentals without their driver. The information shown during the web reservation flow as well as Terms and Conditions clearly suggested something different. Now, why would you keep a working web form for reservations without the driver and state something completely different on the phone?
