★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg. Habe zwei Gleitsichtbrillen gekauft. Beide sind nicht in Ordnung da sie falsch geschliffen wurden. Man versuchte durch Anpassen des Brillengestells den Fehler zu beheben, was aber nicht funktionierte. Leider mussten wir dann abreisen, man versprach uns aber das Problem zu lösen. Bis heute ist keine Einigung erfolgt und seid 3 Wochen keine Reaktionen auf unseren Schriftverkehr.
 Hands off. I bought two progressive spectacles. Both are not okay as they were mowed incorrectly. One tried by adjusting the glasses frame to fix the error, but this did not work. Unfortunately we had to leave, but we promised to solve the problem. To date, no agreement has been made and 3 weeks no response to our correspondence.
