★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalite ve hizmet anlaminda öncülük ettigini her firsatta dile getiren Opet'te halen ibadet edebilme özgürlüğünü sağlayan bir mescidin bulunmamasi üzücü ve çok şaşırtıcı, bunun çok büyük çabalar gerektirmediginin ve kıyaslamak gerekirse çok daha önemsiz şeylere öncelikler verildiginin hepimiz farkındayız. Çok sık seyehat eden kişilerden olarak ülke genelinde her opet'in ayni standartlarda hizmet vermemesini oldukça garip karşılıyoruz. Memnun ayrilabilecegimiz günlerin ümidiyle.
 It is sad and surprising that Opet still does not have a mosque that provides the freedom to worship at every opportunity, expressing that it leads in terms of quality and service. As people who travel very often, we find it rather strange that not every Opet provides service at the same standards throughout the country. Hoping for the days when we can leave satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En sonunda otomatik araç yıkama makinasının kurutucusu çalışıyor ama aracın bazı yerleri yine de ıslak kalıyor. Mağaza kısmı güzel. Benzin pompalarının konumu ise biraz karışık gibi.. Güzel bir istasyon.
Finally, the dryer of the automatic car wash works, but some parts of the vehicle still remain wet. The shop is nice. The location of the gas pumps seems a bit confusing. It's a nice station.

Öncelikle Opet’in kadın personel çalıştırması konusunda öncülük etmesini çok başarılı buluyorum.
Fakat her zaman eğitim eğitim eğitim diye yakınıyoruz. Çalışanları da eğitmesi konusuna ciddi bir şekilde eğilmeleri gerekmektedir.
Tuvalet temizlenirsem kapatılmasını anlarım da ne zaman biter siye sorduğumuzda “yeni başladım daha” ne demek çözemedim. 5dk veya 10dk içerisinde biter diye cevap olur. Neyse….

First of all, I find it very successful that Opet pioneered the employment of female personnel.
But we always complain about education education education. They also need to seriously focus on training employees.
If I clean the toilet, I understand that it will be closed, but when we asked when it would end, I couldn't figure out what "I've just started" means. The answer is that it ends in 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Anyways….

You lie and deceive the customer. When I asked if there was a card campaign at the entrance, you said unanimously from the pumper to the cashier. Turns out it didn't exist. You have hurt me. Otherwise, you say no, it will be over. Cheating won't get you anything.
