★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumartesi günü aracımı 30 binlik bakıma bıraktım ve bu bakım parasını peşin ödedim. yağ yağ filtresi hava filtresi biji değişimi için bıraktım ve 3 saat sonra aracımı teslim aldım,aracımın değişen parça listesini istedim sistem kapalı pazartesi verebiliriz dediler, pazartesi tekrar gidtim listeyi istedim ve içerisinde biji değişmedigini gördüm,neden bujimerimi değişmediğini sordum aldığım cevap ellerinde o an icin buji olmadigini değişim yapılmadığını söylediler.bunu bana neden söylenmedi diye sordum o gün kendisinin erken çıktığı için bilgi vermediklerini söyledi,yani demek istediğim ne diyorlar ne yapıyorlar

They said that there was no exchange.

Garanti uzatma işlemi adında ÖTV adı altında olmayan para tahsil edilme çalışıldı.Diğer servislerin almadığı bu başlık altındaki ücreti neden ödemek zorunda olduğumuz hususunda da doyurucu bir açıklama yapılmadı.Sonuç itibariyle ödemedik.Başka serviste yaptırdık.
