★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eğer paranızla rezil olmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle gitmelisiniz. Saygısız ve özverisiz personel. Sadece servis hatırlatması ikazının kapatılması için 500 lira istendi. Sakın ama sakın burayı tercih etmenizi önermem. Arabayı içeri parkeder etmez hiç konuşmadan cihaza bağlama parasını söylediler daha şikayeti sormadan. Arabanın kaputu bile açılmadı.
 If you want to be disgraced with your money, you should definitely go. Disrespectful and selfless staff. 500 lira was requested only to turn off the service reminder warning. Beware, but I would not recommend you to choose this place. As soon as they parked the car inside, they said the money to connect the device without speaking, without even asking the complaint. The hood of the car did not even open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uc yildizi sadece musteri kabuldeki calisanlar icin veriyorum. Yillik bakim icin 10.45 randevuma 10.30 civarinda gittim. Aracim alindi giris islemleri yapildi. Bana 16.30da teslim edildi. 12bin km’deki aracimin 6 saatlik bakim yapilacak kadar nesi vardi anlamis degilim. Calisanlari anlayisli ve guleryuzlu evet ama alti saat beklemek nedir bu kadar bekleyecektiysem eger niye randevu aldim. Arabami da oradan aldigimdan servis icin tercih etmistim ancak bir daha tercih edecegimi sanmiyorum.
I'm giving three stars only for the receptionists. I went to my 10.45 appointment for annual maintenance around 10.30. My vehicle has been taken, entry procedures have been done. It was delivered to me at 16.30. I don't understand what's wrong with my vehicle at 12 thousand km that it had to be serviced for 6 hours. The employees are understanding and friendly, yes, but why did I make an appointment if I had to wait for six hours? Since I bought my car from there, I chose it for service, but I don't think I will choose it again.
