I said that my car was leaking oil, it stayed in the service for 1 day, when I returned the vehicle, I paid the bill, I said is there any problem, they said no, we took care of it? 1 day later, I looked under the vehicle and said that the oil is leaking again, I brought it, they said it was elsewhere, they said it was the problem, they removed the same system again and changed another place.. At first, they did not provide their control, and they took it 2 times, while it should have received labor once, I will not go again. Do your job properly first, then ask for the pay you deserve.

I would like to state that I am very satisfied with the establishment I went to on 11.12.2021. I have observed that they do their job professionally both in terms of spare parts and workmanship. This is where I've been coming for years, but now I'll find another Opel service, it's totally over for me and my environment. As you get acquainted at the workplace, your waiting time increases. I waited for the last 3 hours and looked at the vehicle like that. (I don't owe 1 lira to the workplace) The last time I came, they took a stand because I had my own oil and filters installed and they asked for 2 times the price with the outside temperature sensor. If I had bought the oil and filters from them, I wouldn't have paid this much. It charged a high price just because I brought it from outside, it erased the friendship of years in one fell swoop, but it got better. I gained very solid masters and friendships in the new industry.
