During the first meeting with Nurgül Hanım, I conveyed the situation to her, and she was very sensitive about conducting all the examinations from the very beginning. Because I wanted breast augmentation and rhinoplasty surgery to be done together. After my examination results, it became clear that I could have surgery and both surgeries were performed simultaneously. Until she was discharged after the operation, Nurgül Hanım and her team were very sensitive about the follow-up in the hospital where the surgery took place and also during the follow-up process. I had breast augmentation surgery to Dr Nurgül Altuntaş on 21 July 2020. As a result of long research, although the price is higher than other physicians, I was there both because it is close to my house and because of the confidence of Ms. Nurgül. We had decided on 375 cc before the operation, I said many times that I wanted a large but natural breast. The doctor told me that she tried 375 cc during the operation and that she wore 400 cc because it looked small in her eye. After all, I did not speak out because the doctor knows best. My surgery was submuscular, for 2 weeks I had a lot more pain than normal, I said this is normal. My under-surgery lines were not equal, one was on the bottom and the other was on the top. I said that my incisions might still be there. On the 7th day, in the 1st and 3rd months, I think I went for a checkup. I said I will come for a check-up in the 6th month again (which is how all my acquaintances who had surgery did) because of the covid we do not call the patients a lot. We will call you in the 1st year, we will ask for an MRI and check, I said okay. 6-7 of the surgery. A mass came to my hand on the side of the left breast. Before my period, I waited to see if it was something cystic. It didn't go away, the pain increased 4 I went to 5 different general surgeons, I went to internal medicine, MRI was taken, X-ray was taken. Lastly, I went to Ms. Nurgül, she said that you are too thin, gain some weight because of her. Well, if I'm so skinny, why did you give me so big at first, right? Everyone around me who had this surgery started doing sports in the first month. I was told that I had to wait 5-6 months because of the rippling problem. By the way, there are fluctuations in both breasts, and it was reported that this was due to weakness. Every time you asked for a large size, but I got the answer, I think that a doctor should not do anything that will cause problems, no matter what the patient wants, I have said many times that I want natural but full. All the general surgeons I went to replied that this prosthesis was too big for you, so it is causing problems in the lymph nodes. There is a problematic surgery, this is obvious. After discussing the mass situation with Ms. Nurgül, we said that if it wasn't over after the feast, we would talk again, and after that, they weren't even called once to ask how you were. Today is October 15, 2021, 1 . I wasn't even called for the year check. I wasn't even invited to the control, let alone asking about the audience. There was a renovation in their clinic, so I waited with understanding, but because of my 1 year, there was no return. There is zero interest after the surgery. My pain still continues, I am very, very sorry. Compared to your old self, yes, I was happy that it looked beautiful, I liked it, but a really unsuccessful surgery is a disappointment for me, I still pay the loan I took for it.

We heard about Nurgül lady from a friend when we came to Turkey 3 years ago. My sister and I were looking for a doctor because we were thinking about aesthetics. We thank them very much for everything, our surgeries were performed in Acıbadem Hospital and they were very interested, only the comfort of the rooms could have been better, otherwise the employees are really behaving nicely.
