Fizik tedaviye başladım birkaç ay süren egzersizler ve tedaviler de iyi gelmeyince doktorun önerisi ile omuz artroskopisi denilen bir yönteme yönlendirildim. Açıkçası bu kadar kolay bir operasyon ağrılarımı bitirdi. Fizik tedavi ve ilaç tedavisiyle sadece zaman geçmiş :) Due to the shoulder pain I have suffered for 3 years, there is no place I have not gone.
