★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and clean. Personal is very helpful, but they lack in English language a bit which can sometimes cause confusion :) All in all I would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some parts could do with an update, but nice and family friendly place. Our room had a few issues, and when adressed the staff tried their best to fix it, but instead we ended up getting moved to another room. The hotel needs renovating, but the staff are excellent. Especially Mustafa, he is on the late shift, and will bend over backwards to help you and to make you happy. Just a really good guy and a true asset to the hotel.
Four stars simply because of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear potential guest, if you are reading this review, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY at Onkel residence hotel in Antalya. There are so many other great places nearbyMy family and I stayed in this hotel for a week in April 2021. I am an avid traveler, this was my seventh visit to Turkey. I always read reviews before booking my hotels and, although, this place had some 1 *(star) reviews/warnings already, I gave it a benefit of a doubt, because there was some good feedback on this place. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want to save yourself money and not experience a lot of stress during your vacation. Although everything looks okey from the pictures online, a lot of information about this place is misleading, in reality you find yourself in a remote location, quite away from a dirty beach, there are half-broken elevator buttons, scratched walls, broken furniture and, as the “best part”, you may deal with a terrible management attitude. The location of this hotel is the biggest disappointment, they claim it is located near the beach, well, in reality you will be in the port area, you will need to walk ~20 min across the highway and port gates to get to a dirty unmaintained beach area with garbage laying around. You will ABSOLUTELY need a car to get anywhere, to get to a Konyaalti beach area and restaurants, it will be around 7-10 min drive depending on traffic. From the positives, I can mention a free parking and that the place was relatively clean and spacious.
Our A/C did not work, it would start and shut off after a minute. They checked with maintenance personnel on our A/C issue twice, told us something was done with it, but it did not fix the problem. I gave up on this issue after some time (I was just tired of calling and trying successfully resolve it instead of enjoying my vacation) and just slept with my windows open. It may not work for you if you are light sleeper, you can hear the noise from the street and nearby rooms. There is no view from the room, balconies are facing each other, so not a lot of privacy and you will hear a lot of noise from neighbors. Wifi was quite slow and would disconnect several times a day.
I stayed in the apartment with my retired parents and on the last day of our stay, while we were having dinner, a dining chair literally fell apart under my dad (just so you know, he is a skinny guy and weights 65kg). He hurt his arm and fell on his back hitting his head on a stoned floor, but we decided not to make a big deal of it, as it was the end of our trip, we did not want to concentrate on any negatives. I called the reception right away, same evening, to inform them about what happened and was advised that broken chair was not a problemJust because the situation was handled so nicely over the phone, we decided not to make a big deal out of it and forget about it. I actually looked at other chairs in the room and noticed that half of them had non sturdy legs, cracks all over them and it is possible that some more would break pretty soon. It the morning, during our check out , the manager on duty (Mrs Urkel Alikberova) was not informed about the last nights’ accident and somebody went to” check on the room” upon our check out, and send her pictures of somewhat broken chairs. She said they will not give back our cash deposit back because we broke their chair. We explained nicely what happened again, but she did not care. I think the decision has been made in her head. She said it was our responsibility to inspect the room and report any broken/half broken furniture/items. After half an hour arguing we needed to leave to the airport, of course without collecting our money. What a joke and bad treatment of very few customers left during Covid pandemic! I love Turkey dearly, but ended my journey with very bad taste in my mouth. People, there is so many wonderful places to stay in Antalya and Kemer. Please make yourself a favor, stay somewhere else. Unless you want to be risking your life falling from broken furniture and being treated very poorly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing about the Apart hotel that it’s like home: we cooked, washed clothes, spacious and warm. Micros is in 5 min walk, 30 minutes walk to the Konyalti Beach. I would recommend owners put more hangers into the bathroom for everyone’s convenience and provide basic cleaning items at least to clean the table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff. Special Thanks to night time Security and reception staff. Apartment is missing some basic supplies ie. Dish towel or sponges to clean kitchen, broom and dust pan. They clean apartment every 3 days but sometimes you make small messes that need cleaning right away. Internet was pretty dependable. Streaming got a little spotty at night. Restaurant was not very good.
