Bir bankada bir veznede yüz çeşit işlem tek kişi tarafından yapılırken herkesin tek bir görev yapıp olmadığında telefon oynayabilmesi ne kadar adil? Bu devlet bunun için mi maaş ödüyor? Bunun adı iş gücünü israftır!
Each officer has been assigned a different task, probably 30-40 people inside are waiting for their driver's license, ID, passport, etc., while about 10 officers are just busy playing with their phones. How fair is it that when a hundred kinds of transactions are handled by one person in a bank in a teller, everyone can play the phone if there is only one task or not? Does this state pay for this? This is called a waste of labor!
