★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vertraut diesen Leuten nicht, sie sind nicht vertrauenswürdig. Man hat mir ein Flyer mit verschiedenen Sachen gegeben die man im Winter machen konnte als ich etwas umplanen wollte und was anderes machen wollte was im Flyer stand hieß es auf einmal das ist im Winter nicht möglich. Viele Sachen in den Touren wurden auch nicht gemacht. Ebenso hat man einen eine ganze Stunde in der Kälte auf den Bus warten lassen. Vergleicht man deren Priese mit anderen Agenturen sieht man das diese Leute einen richtig abzocken. Vertraut diesen Leuten nicht.
 Don't trust these people, they are untrustworthy. I was given a flyer with various things that you could do in winter when I wanted to reschedule something and wanted to do something different from what was on the flyer, it suddenly said that is not possible in winter. A lot of things in the tours weren't done either. They also made you wait a whole hour in the cold for the bus. If you compare their price with other agencies, you can see that these people really rip you off. Don't trust these people.

Hatten eine Tour auf dem Stausee bei Antalya. Reiseführer Ilo war sehr gut, kann ich jedem vom Herzen empfehlen. Informativ, hat jede Frage beantworten können, hat gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Durch ihn haben wir außergewöhnlich viel über das Land und Region erfahren.

Had a tour of the reservoir near Antalya. Travel guide Ilo was very good, I can recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart. Informative, was able to answer every question, gave good recommendations. Through him we learned a lot about the country and region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all cost! The agents who sell the tours are really incompetent. They seem so genuine but they will scam you. We wanted to cancel a tour more than 72 hours in advance because of our 3year old not feellng well, but they denied us a refund although they never mentioned any non-refund policy (neither in person nor on their information booklets). They also advertised something completely different but ended up wasting so much of our time in a jewellery shop! I would never book with them again. You will find much cheaper and better companies online.
