★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BERBAT...! O bilette almış olduğum biletteki koltuk numarsı ile otobüsteki koltuk numaraları aynı değil. Söylediğiniz zaman da hiç bir şekilde yardımcı olunmuyor. Kötü bir tercihti birdaha asla...! Klimayı kapatıyorlar, kaç kez muavine söyledim ancak şoför açmamakta ısrar edince kendim kalkıp müdahele etmek zorunda kaldım. Kötü politika.
 WRETCHED...! The seat number on the ticket I bought on that ticket is not the same as the seat numbers on the bus. No help at all when you say it. It was a bad choice, never again...! They turn off the air conditioner, I told the assistant how many times, but when the driver insisted on not turning it on, I had to get up and intervene myself. Bad policy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet bir firma. 18.11.2021 tarihinde saat 22:00 İstanbul kalkış 19.11.2021 sabah 06:30 da iniş yapılacağı belirtilirken. Saat 09:15 oldu halen yolculuktayız. Bir daha asla ve asla tercih etmeyeceğim kalitesiz basit bir firma.
A disgraceful company. It was stated that the departure from Istanbul at 22:00 on 18.11.2021 will be made on 19.11.2021 at 06:30 in the morning. It is 09:15 and we are still on the journey. A poor quality simple company that I will never, ever choose again.

I have never seen such a bad company because of the breakdowns, we traveled 3 hours in 7 hours, I definitely do not recommend it, worthless vehicles, old and neglected staff, irresponsible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rezalet Herkese Otobüs Bozuk ayagı yapıyorlar galiba 3-5 yorum okudum otobüs bozuk diyip kücük servisle biyerlere götürüyorlar kırşehir den adanaya arkadaşıma bilet aldım fakat Kırşehir den Nevşehir e küçük servis aracıyla götürdüler sonra metro firmasının arabasına bindirdiler yolda 3 tane yolcuyu unuttular ve onların servis aracıyla gelmesini beklediler resmen rezalet
It's a disgrace, they make the bus broken for everyone, I think I read 3-5 comments they say the bus is broken and they take it to places with a small shuttle. I bought a ticket for my friend from Kırşehir to Adana, but they took me from Kırşehir to Nevşehir with a small shuttle vehicle, then they put him in the car of the metro company, they forgot 3 passengers on the way and waited for them to come by shuttle vehicle. official disgrace

Communication between each other as a company sucks. their office in Göreme bus station closed 1 hour before the bus time and the shuttle forgot to pick us up at Göreme bus station. Although it was forbidden, we were able to reach the bus with a different company.

Şuan durduk arabanin tekerini degistiriyoruz yarim saattir yeter ya ne kadar rezil bi firma kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum aynı fiyata daha lüks otobüsler var. Saat kolaylığı yüzünden buna biniyordum kesinlikle son binişim oldu.
Extremely bad company. Every time I get on the bus, there are problems. I'm tired of it.
