Sad to edit again SINCE AUTUMN 2018 ; Our bedroom's Ururu-Sarara is in trouble since it was given a major maintainance inside-out. It makes a low but disturbing noise in the nights, deep vibration like noise. Very low but enough to wake us up. I am told ÖNÇAĞ MÜHENDISLİK technician E. They will come on a Saturday. Waiting to know when? Turned it off on this chilly night. Finally another agency sent a team to find out THE CARBON FILTER WAS RIPPED INTO TWO LINES IN ONE SIDE & THE TOP OF THE INTERIOR UNIT WAS LOOSE! Cihazın kapağını kapatamadıklarından cihaz znlayıp duruyordu. Since then that horrible noise is gone. Only it is still working noisy until BULUT Team changes the carbon filter. I wonder why did it take them nearly several months? And when? I wonder who will pay for it?
OH MY GOD! URURU-SARARA is the institution that closes our air conditioner in mid-winter. WE NEVER REQUIRE SERVICE FROM THIS AGENCY. OPENING ONE SIDE OF THE UPPER COVER ??? FORGOTTEN NIGHTS WE HAVE AVOID THE PEACE FOR MONTHS FOR A VERY COMFORTABLE ZINNING. ALWAYS THOUGH TO REPLACE FOR THE 2nd TIME ALMOST! THIS TIME IS NOT DUE TO THE CHEMICAL RESIDUES, ONLY THE COVER WAS NOT COVERED THROUGH A COMFORTABLE THROUGH A SOUND THAT EXPENSIVE AND GOOD DEVICE SHOULD TAKE TO THE WORKSHOP AND PAY 350TL AND AGAIN WILL RENEW US! ??? (Daikin TURKEY THIS MEANS VERY poorly managed.) IN EVERY GENERAL CARE A PLACE (SELF-CLEANING ROTATING FILT FILTER HAS BEEN WRAPPED TO A END OF FIBER DIRT COLLECTED ERROR SIGNAL!) I need to pay 875TL. IS THIS ACCORDING TO CONSUMER RIGHTS? WHY CONSUMER PAYS THEIR OWN DAMAGE? LEAVE ON OR 20LT. LIKE THE DIRTY WATER CANDY ON THE TERRACE? ("We have only one DAIKIN Ururu-Sarara A / C.
