If you are a student of Bilkent University and have a prescription for a medicine by the Bilkent University's Health Center, you can get the medicine with a discount of 80% but this doesn't apply to some medicines and also the staff there can't speak English, but that's not much of an issue as you can ask whosoever you see there to be your translator and they will surely help you.
