Ömer Şeyh tarafından bugünkü merkez Yazıcık mevkiinde Turna sokağın köşesinde inşaa edilmiştir.Kesin olarak ne zaman yapıldığı bilinmemekle birlikte H.967 (M.1559) yılı Şeri Mahkeme sicili kayıtlarına göre bu tarihten önce en azından mescit olarak yapılmış olduğu anlaşılmaktadır.

Ömer Şeyh Mosque:
It was built by Ömer Şeyh on the corner of Turna Street in today's central Yazicik locality. Although it is not known exactly when it was built, it is understood that it was built at least as a mosque before this date according to the Shari Court registry records of H.967 (M.1559).

Located in Yazıcık District, the mosque is one of our peaceful historical places with a beautiful large courtyard made of cut white and black stones. It was built as a masjid at the end of the 16th century and later converted into a mosque. It's one of the must-see places.
