Compared to my other hammam experiences. This one was inferior. Paid extra for the full service, later found others didnt for the same service. Wanted a proper heavy handed deep tissue massage. Didnt get the head massage nor the hot stones (hot stones were hit together to make a noise probably to show that they were used. Their taxi driver was good though.

Very rushed, I also paid £20 extra service for feet head massage and stone they had cold stones on my chest only. Feet felt it’s a baby massaging and no head massage, I asked where is my head massage he said you was sleeping it was very rubbish I feel ashamed even giving 1 star it should be minus - 1 star Very bad please do not pay extra. Lady is smart of selling.

However, the so called manager at the reception Susanna played around with me by promising that there wouldn’t be any men at the time when I was going to have a massage procedureand she wouldn’t make any other bookings. To be clear - I do not feel comfortable with men being around and it was promised that they’d arrange that for me a day before when I paid the advance sum. Overall, I paid for the full package which was about 60-70 euros. I didn’t expect to go to the sauna, but it was included. As there men and I could hear their voices, I refused to go to the sauna. I had massage which was great thanks to the wonderful massage therapist Nina. At the end, I came up to the reception to say that the men thing was not arranged as promised. The lady mentioned above said they wouldn’t charge me more as they did something else to me. The lady raised her voice which was rude. That was unbelievable as I paid for the full package and instead of accepting that they couldn’t arrange what they promised to me men-wise on the day, she started talking about the money. Lying is the worst thing. I’d prefer if the lady simply apologized. Yet, after she started talking about the money it was me who could request a refund. I think respect comes first no matter how good the salon is good. I cannot recommend this place.

AVOID at any cost. Completely ruined our holiday. Would give it 0 star if possible. The worst hamam I have ever been to. Wasn’t relaxed at all and the lady at front desk has a very bad attitude Treatment suppose to last 1h 30 minutes but most of that is spent is sauna and steam room. The massage and actual peeling doesn’t last very long. We were done in less than 60 minutes. Definitely avoid if you are looking for men/women separate as they make it up as they go along and don’t have a proper system. There is no privacy and the relaxation room is in view for any visitor. You can see the men changing rooms from the waiting area. Definitely not suited for Muslim men as female workers freely walk around all of the facilities. They had promised it will be separate but it was just them trying to manage timings which resulted us starting an hour later than planned. The steam room was cold and completely pointless. They allowed outdoor slippers in the sauna so you can judge how hygienic the whole place is. It seems they mostly take on tourists that haven’t been to hamams before. But anyone that has been to a half decent hamam before would absolutely hate this place. Definitely better hamam places around in the Lara area if you do a google search

I had 3 Sauna and massage treatments whilst staying at a nearby hotel for three weeks. The centre will send a vehicle to pick you up and drop off at your hotel. Which is really helpful although not always on time. The facilities are more than adequate with a sauna, steam room, Hammam (for exfoliation and soap massage) and a number of oil massage treatment rooms. You can select with a male or female masseur/masseuse. I was lucky enough to be assigned Dilara on my first visit and then requested her on every visit. She was an exceptionally skilled masseuse from Uzbekistan but spoke very good English. She was also a really lovely person. I will certainly try and get her again next time I’m in Antalya.

My wife and I had a very good experience. We definitely recommend their service to anyone wanting a Turkish bath. Also, we plan on going there again on our next visit.

I would give zero stars if i could. I came here having booked a Turkish Bath trip with Yoruk Traveling excursion company. I've had many before, this was the worst experience of my life. The place was unhygienic and not well maintained. Not luxury. The person who looked like the owner an older Turkish man would whisper and kiss the ladies that worked there when he thought no one could see, he done this 3 times that I saw. It appears to be the type of place you could request for a 'happy ending' if you wanted. When we went into the massage room, I asked the lady to ensure no one would come in as noticed when waiting lots of people walking in and out of others rooms. She said they wouldn't. 5 people entered the room in the middle of my massage, 2 of them being male and talking to my massager. You could also hear everyone talking outside and in the other rooms. No spa music or relaxing environment. I felt really uncomfortable and violated. I was by myself as my husband was looking after my children so felt like I couldn't say anything. I was also the only female in there. There was approx 15 men around all using same areas. Would not recommend. Avoid if you can. I was unable to review prior as I booked through a company thinking I would be going to a luxury spa, it was the opposite.

Charge 25 euros more for an hour total massage but lasted 25 minutes then I was left to rest for 30 minutes... uncomfortable with the masseuse. Didn't smell fresh, damp scent and steam room so hot couldn't breath. I said I would return as didn't like to raise the issue there as all men in presence only 2 lady's were occupied, little intimidating. Not luxurious enough for a spa
