★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalde bir yıldız bile çok ama tek güzel tarafı merkezi ucuz bir yer olması ve ilgilenen yetkili kişilerin saygılı olması. Ağrı taşlıçay ilçesindeki öğretmen evinde bile kadın erkek ayrımı vardı. Farklı katlardaydı. Ama burada aynı katta hemen yan odanda bir kadın yada erkek kalabiliyor ve odalar gerçekten çok küçük. Eski bina alt tarafında kahve var lokal. Dışarıdan bayan gelipte rahat edebileceği bir yer değil. Erzurum gibi mutaasıp bir memlekette böyle olmamalıydı inşallah düzelir. Daha iyi bir yer lazım

But here, on the same floor, a woman or a man can stay in the next room, and the rooms are really very small. There is a coffee shop at the bottom of the old building. It is not a place where the lady from the outside can come and be comfortable. I hope this should not have happened in a consensual country like Erzurum. Need a better place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genel olarak bir otel odasını andırıyor. Temizlik açısından iyi gibi. Ancak yorgan kılıfı çok temiz değil. Ayrıca banyoda askılık yok. Ancak merkeze uzak ılçede ve bu bütçede güzel bir yer.
Overall it resembles a hotel room. As good as cleanliness. However, the duvet cover is not very clean. Also there is no coat rack in the bathroom. But it is far from the center and this is a nice place in the budget.

Clean. The manager helps and the staff are very friendly, hospitable and sincere. Ideal by teachers' house standards, and according to Oltu fine. When you come to Oltu, do not bother to stay in hotels, come and stay in the clean rooms of the teacher's house.
