★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad pick-up experience, we've have arranged for pickup with Alex. The picked up was pretty late with two hours delay form the airport. The worst part was the tour guide who hasn't returned neither my call nor my messages.
Our check-in wasn't smooth either and I have been forced to upgrad our room for a few hundred dollars.
There are not much veraity in their tour offering. We've been offered three tours for seven days, one on which was party on a yacht (I didn't enjoy it) and another combo tour.
Tour guides are friendly but in overall I wouldn't recommend this agency.
