★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sürücü belgesini yenilemek için gitmiştim. İnternetten saat 10:00 da randevum vardı. 09:45 de gittim ama kapılarını 09:58 de açtılar. Sıra numarası alana kadar saat 10:10 , bana sıra gelene kadar da 10:30 olmuştu. Orada sıra beklerken gözümün önünde ilçe nüfus müdürünün odasından çıkan kişi hiç sıra numarası almadan ( belki de randevusu bile yoktu) memurun karşısına oturdu. Bizler enayi gibi 4-5 gün öncesinden randevu aldık güya. ???
I went to renew my driver's license. I had an appointment online at 10:00. I went at 09:45 but they opened their doors at 09:58. It was 10:10 until I got the sequence number, and it was 10:30 until it was my turn. While I was waiting in line there, the person leaving the office of the district population director in front of my eyes sat in front of the officer without a queue number (maybe he didn't even have an appointment). We made an appointment like suckers 4-5 days ago. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adres değişikliği için gittim. 09.00 da randevu almıştım. 09:10'da işlemime başladım. Büro personeli hanımefendi güler yüzle işlemimi tamamladı. Devlet dairelerinde böyle memurlar çalışmalı. Surat sallandıran hadi hadi diyen tipler değil.
I went for a change of address. I made an appointment at 9:00 am. I started my process at 09:10. Office staff lady completed my transaction with a smiling face. Such officials should work in government offices. They're not the ones who shake faces and say come on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk olarak randevunuzdan 15-20 dk kadar önce gitmeniz şiddetle tavsiye olunur. Araçla giderseniz otopark masrafı az değil ve orda en küçük bir işleminiz için 1 saatten fazla zaman harcayacağınız kuvvetle muhtemel. Mümkünse toplu ulaşımla ya da yaya gidin.
Burası bir devlet dairesi mekana not vermek anlamsız. Kişileri ise değerlendirecek bir işlem yapmış değilim.
Girişteki sıramatikte çok anlamsız bir yavaşlık ve takıntılı çalışma var, bu kalabalığı oyalamak için bir aşama gibi düşünüldü ise mantıklı ama zaten devlet dairesine girmiş olmanın verdiği bir sıkıntılı hal var insanlarda, girer girmez bu makina sıkıntıyı gerginliğe dönüştürüyor. Bu gerginlik çalışanlara yansıyor ve motivasyon kaybı yaratıyor. Karşılıklı bir sevgisizlik girdabına dönüşüyor orda hayat.
Öncelikle şu makinayı düzeltin ya da kurtulun ondan.
It is highly recommended that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your first appointment. If you go by car, the cost of parking is not low and it is highly likely that you will spend more than 1 hour for your smallest transaction there. If possible, go by public transport or on foot.
This is a government office, it's pointless to rate the place. I have not done anything to evaluate people.
There is a very meaningless slowness and obsessive work in the queue at the entrance, if this is considered as a stage to distract the crowd, it is logical, but there is a distressing situation caused by having already entered the government office, this machine turns boredom into tension as soon as you enter. This tension reflects on the employees and creates a loss of motivation. There, life turns into a whirlpool of mutual lovelessness.
First, fix this machine or get rid of it.
