★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving it only four stars because we went there on a monday and I had no idea they didn't work on mondays, so it was a waste of time in a way. Other than that, the streets were colorful, had so many beautiful art centers that teaches their own arts like ceramic classes and glass blowing classes. The houses were historic and gay at the same time, making it a wonderful place to take pictures and breathe in the vibes. Also there were so many elderly community houses where the neighborhood can sit in and hang out at, it was pretty nice to see old people having conversations and hanging out with their friends, peaceful and fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy place overall. Has a historical vibe. Cute souvenir shops around. It was not crowded when I visited. I don't recommend walking around alone, stray dogs are around and its pretty quiet in deeper streets.
