Çalışanlar kahve demleme ve sunum tekniklerine son derece hakim. Temizlik ve hijyen kurallarına son derece dikkat ediliyor. Örneğin tuvaletler gün içerisinde saat başı temizlenip kullanılan malzemeler yenileniyor. Servis gecikmiyor maximum bekleme süresi 2-3 dakika. Mekan ve bahçe düzenlemesi maximum kullanılabilir alan göz önüne alınarak yapılmış. Tüm çalışanlarını tekrar tekrartebrik ediyorum günümün yaklaşık 7 saatini burada geçiriyorum ?
