Çok temiz, güzel bir otel. Arsuz da yapılan kriket turnuvası için sporcu kafilesi ile tercih ettik cokta memnun kaldık herkes çok güleryüzlüydü şiddetle tavsiye ediyoruz?

Küçük güzel butik otel konseptinde bir yer. Odalar gayet temiz ve kullanışlı. Arsuz girişinde, otel yolları biraz bozuk.

Nous y avons séjourné 2 nuits quelques points à revoir.. Drap housse taché et troué Poubelles non vidées Propreté salle de bain à revoir... Ressorts du lit .... Difficile de savoir par rapport au prix .. Prix différent de ceux afficher sur le site...

Lovely couple of days, clean, friendly, staff very attentive, good cheap food and drink would recommend and stay again :)

The hotel is cheaper than others because it is not in the center of the city. However, I enjoyed staying in it much more than I would in a bigger one. It has a nice and clean swimming pool. The rooms are also clean and have everything you need. The staff is very friendly and attends to every customer separately. Eating and drinking in the hotel is also very cheap. You can swim while waiting for your order, and then sit on your chair beside the pool and enjoy the warm wind and your drink. Strongly recommended.

Don't ever go! The manager is not a friendly person and looks down on you. His marketing strategy is to try to keep the customer's voice lower by shouting and constantly nagging at them. He is not kind and never has communicational skills that a hotel manager needs to have. Ps: he is recording customers' voice on the phone without any legal permission and even asking. Sorry that he is not representing the actual Turkish hospitality. Ps: I didn't start my registration once I saw manager's behaviour towards us.
