I am a university student and I went to the branch to open an account. I said that I would open an account, I wanted to get a debit card and the lady there told me that at least 1000 TL will be deposited into the account to open an account. I told him that I was a student too and said that there was no such thing in state banks. This is how it works here, saying, this is a private bank. Then my father called customer service and explained the situation. Customer service said it was not so, and my father gave the phone to the lady in the branch and talked to customer service. Then he opened the account. I mean, if we did not call the customer representative there, he would not open an account for us, he would get rid of us. That's why I'm not satisfied. You don't deserve even 1 star.
