★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10 yıl önce sırf elemanlarının aşırı kötü olmaları,bir müşteriyle nasıl konuşulacağını bilmemeleri,nasıl davranılacağını bilmemeleri ve ukalalığı sebebiyle vazgeçtiğim Ocakbaşında mekanın yenilendiğini ve elemanlarının değiştiğini görünce 2 defa gittim ve memnun kaldım.Ancak bugünki ziyaretimde eski sorunlu elemanların bazılarının yeniden başladığını gördüm ve aynı şekilde müşteriden sipariş alırken sanki dövecek gibi ilgisiz yüzüne bakmaya tenezzül dahi etmeyecek kadar ukalalıkları na maruz kaldım.HİÇ BİR PERSONELİN MASKE TAKMAMASI UYARMAMA RAĞMEN SAÇMA SAÇMA BAHANELER ANLATMAYA ÇALIŞMALARI beni pes dedirtti.Kısacası BİR DAHA ASLA GİTMEM KESİNLİKLE TAVSİYE DE ETMEM.
 10 years ago, I went twice and was satisfied when I saw that the place was renewed and the staff changed at the Fireside, which I gave up 10 years ago just because their staff were extremely bad, they did not know how to talk to a customer, they did not know how to behave and their arrogance. I was exposed to their arrogance to the point where I did not even condescend to look at their disinterested face as if they were beating me while taking the order. NO PERSONNEL WEARING MASK, THEY TRIED TO EXPLAIN INCREDIBLE EXCUSES DEFINITELY WHICH I WAS WARNED.

It's a place I know all the way from high school days. It hasn't spoiled it for over 10 years, and they're still making a beautiful island. I recommend it to everyone ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m surprised by the recent negative reviews here. Went there by chance tonight and had Kofte. The food was good and the salad was delicious. But among all, the staff was extremely pleasant, friendly and smiley which is a rare luxury here.
I enjoyed my meal and the friendliness of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ventilation or heating upstairs. Cold and moist inside. Also, they're a bit slow with the dishes. Adana kebap was extra small and dry, iskender was ok. And that's for 45tl each
