Oba Time Hotel

Myself and my went to this hotel for our very first time abroad never been on a plane before so it was our very first time abroad before booking I looked at the reviews looked at the pictures of the hotel look beautiful most of the staff excellent but when it came to the bed linen I was was Torn and blood in one corner the next day they came to change the bedding and when I looked he had just been turned I did say something and it took 3 days to get it sorted when we first got there must have been three 4 a.m. at the desk the gentleman behind said no English here and we found out the next morning it was for most Russians Germans reviews read had been translated from these two languages to English there was no food that that we could eat except salad with no meat we ended up eating out all day we did not have spending money and that went with what little we had left we had to buy potatoes and tins of tuna and asking the chef to bake the potatoes they manager was not happy we did get InTouch with secret escape but they did nothing the manager did offer to take us to mamarrus but he wanted us to pay the cost of you are English don't go I have they put this up as don't want anyone going abroad for first time to this hotel

The area Alanya is beautiful but don’t book this hotel, as teletext holiday claim it to be 4 star but it was very misleading. We needed a kettle has we had a lil with us so we can make him milk. They didn’t have any kettle at the hotel. The fridge wasn’t working properly and we spoke to the manager but no one ever got back to us. My son dropped ice cream on the towel and made us pay 10 Euro for it. A few staff were very good but the duty manager wasn’t much help or support especially when it came out airport transfer. Had to use my own phone to solve the issue. It mainly catered for Russian tourist not for British tourist so I would book a hotel where they speak English.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. Please, stay away from this place. A receptionist was going to send us to the bad-looking next door apartments on the check-in saying that they have no available rooms at the hotel (even though we booked and paid for two rooms in advance!). When I told him that we are not going to live in that dirty place (the appartments were literally absolutely filthy!) and about to contact a travel company the rooms were instantly found. I guess the receptionist was trying to get extra money from us for the rooms in the hotel because I had a quick chat with some russians day after and they told me they had to stay overnight at that awful apartments and give a bribe to the receptionist to be hosted in the hotels they paid for! Never ever had such experience before when a hotel staff trying to get money from you in such way. It is horrible...

Clean, good food, friendly staff near the beach and other amenities. Spent a week here in April 2018 and had no complaints. Most (nearly all) of the guests were from Russia and only a couple of them spoke english but hey, it was fun.

We stayed a week in this hotel and couldn't wait to get back home. The staff were helpful and nice but the foreign tourists that came here made us feel very uncomfortable. They would stare at you while we are eating and give us weired looks. They didnt cater food for children, which was a problem for us as we have five children with us. Staff did say that children dnt come regular here, but when bookings is made with children so should the food too. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for British people or muslims. Better off going to hotel were you would feel comfortable and you enjoy your holiday too.

The staff were very good and helpful however during my time in the hotel I felt as if I was in Russia because lots of Russian people and the hotels food is mainly Russian and hardly any Turkish food also the fruits were spoilt. The area is very nice but this hotel is not that great there are better in the area

Our stay at Oba Time Hotel was very pleasant, everyone was welcoming and friendly ? There was more than plenty of food, our room was cleaned daily and the waiter by the name Duan (spelling?) was a gem... The pool was clean and comfortable, also, the private beach felt cozy as no one bothered us too much with anything we did not fancy. The only person we did not particularly like was the maitre d' or the man appearing to be one, as he was always around, in the way with no intention to move out of guest's way which is unforgiveable for someone at his position, also, he almost stuck a steaming hot kettler to my infant's leg not wanting to move - very unpleasant. And we are talking about a large person here. We will be back and we will make sure to spread the nice word ?

The hotel is nice and really not bad for a 3 star hotel i noticed that they put 4 stars on a braclet but they are 3 star hotel ! Food is amazing ! swedish table you can eat as much as you want and it is incredibly tasty food and hard to resist so most of the time you will end up over eating ! The beach is 3 minutes away the beach is amazing and I think is better than Cleopatra beach cause Cleopatra beach only has sand instead of rocks.... Bar was okay local drinks and some bartenders were kinda annoying cause they really wanted tips and that wasn’t pleasing. All in all it’s a great hotel !
