★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur pastahanelerinin tatlılarını genel olarak seviyoruz bu akşam bu şubeyi ilk kez denedik ama aldığım cevizli baklava abartmıyorum bildiğiniz kıymalı kol böreği. Anlayamadık aynı bıçakla mı kesildi tepsi yıkanmadan ardından baklava mı yapıldı ama şerbet olmasa içinde börek yedik. Sorun değildi çöpe attık gitti ama dikkat edilmesi gereken bir durum.
 We generally like the desserts of Nur pastry shops, tonight we tried this branch for the first time, but I don't exaggerate the walnut baklava I bought, as you know, the arm pastry with minced meat. We could not understand if it was cut with the same knife, was the tray made without washing and then baklava was made, but if there was no sherbet, we ate pastry. It was not a problem, we discarded it, but it is a situation that needs attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Başka bir duruma falan sinirlendiğim yok çocuğa dondurma alıp çıkacaktım, yanında bişeyler alıp gideyim dedim ama olay nerelere gitti.. O zaman oraya zekası en azından normal kişileri koyun ki, oradan ne zaman ne aldığını bilen birine ben her gün burdayım havuç dilimi sadece dini bayramlarda gelir gibi abes yorum yapmasın..Tartelatı bile alalı 4-5 gün oldu olduysa...Sonuçta sorduklarım yok mu yok, bana alternatif sunma hakkınız da yok pastaneyseniz gereğini yapıp bulunduracaksınız bu kadar...Hem suçlu hem güçlü diye buna deniyor bir de sanırsın süper zekaya sahip çalışanlar var da kimin ne zaman gelip ne kadar ne aldığını zihnine yazıyor...Neyse herkes kendi yoluna sanki başka pastane yok, siz nasıl o yok bu yok diyorsanız benim için de siz yoksunuz ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dondurmalari uygun fiyatlı, geçtiğimiz yaz her gün alıyorduk fakat sonra arka arkaya her aldığımiz dondurmanın içinden plastik parçaları çıktı. Durumu anlattığımız zaman başkalarından da aynı şikayeti aldıklarını, kullandıkları plastik eldivenin dondurmayı koyarken parçalanıp içine karıştığını söylediler. Bir daha bir şey almadık.
The ice creams are affordable, we used to buy them every day last summer, but then plastic pieces came out of each ice cream we bought in a row. When we explained the situation, they said that they received the same complaint from others and that the plastic glove they used broke apart while putting the ice cream in. We did not receive anything again.
