★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve a full 5 star review because their ice cream is awesome! Nur patisserie has this unique flavor of ice cream called burnt (yanık) . You either love it or hate it... there is no middle ground. I loved it! To me it tasted like an ice cream made out of smoked gouda. It is a regional taste created in Kaş Turkey. Ask them to taste it first, they will be happy to offer you a sample... if it is not for you then go for other flavors. The overall quality of the ice cream is really good. Hope you enjoy it.
