★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nur Çorba, yeniden eski lezzetini yakaladı. Kelle, paça, ayak, beyin, mercimek v.s. Hepsi çok lezzetli. Sabaha karşı çıkan çorbalar öğlen olmadan bitiyor. Öğlen güveç, pilav, ızgara köfte de var.
Nedir Nur Çorba’nın özelliği? Eski usul yapılan çorbalar. Yani çorbanın unlu meyyalesine önceden pişirilmiş sakatat etleri ilave edilmiyor. Etler normal kendi suyunda pişirilip çorba oluyor. Ayak-kelle beyin ilaveli enfesss?
