★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne yazık ki eski kalitesinde değil. A la carte servisten self servise dönmeleri, ve görece kalitesiz görünen kafeterya tepsilerinde servis edilmesi öncesinde çok sevdiğim Nuovo'dan soğuttu. Müzik seçimlerinde de aynı şekilde kalitede düşüş olduğunu rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Bütün bunların yanında lezzet olarak hala mükemmele yakın. Umarım eski kaliteye dönüş yaparlar
Unfortunately it is not of old quality. A la carte cool down from my favorite Nuovo before returning from a service to self-service, and served in relatively poor quality cafeteria trays. I can easily say that there is a decline in quality in the music choices. In addition to all of this, it is still close to perfection. I hope they return to the old quality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muhtemelen el değiştirmiş. Self servise geçiş yapmışlar ve makarna ustası gitmiş. Tam bir fiyasko. Birkaç aydır severek gittiğim çok sevdiğim makarnacıyı kaybetmek beni üzdü.
Üstüne son gidişimizde şöyle bir rezalet yaşandı:
Makarnanın yanında kola söylemiştik. Hesabı ödeyip kalktıktan sonra yarım kalan kolamı aldım. Tam arabaya binerken sanki bir şey çalmışım gibi çalışanlar bağırarak peşimden koştu. Kola şişesini götürmemin yasak olduğu söylendi. Şişe depozitolu değil. Depozitolu dahi olsa parasını verdiğim bir şey. Bir yasağı delmiyorum.
KESİNLİKLE GİTMEYİN.

Probably changed owners. They switched to self-service and the pasta master is gone. A complete fiasco. I was sad to lose my favorite pasta restaurant.
Last time we went to the restaurant, we had a scandal:
We had order a coke with pasta. After I paid off the check, I took my unfinished coke. While I going into the car, the employees ran after me. I wasn't allowed to take the Coke. The bottle is not returnable. However I paid for, even if it was a deposit. It wasn’t fair rule.
NEVER GO!
Probably changed hands. They switched to self-service and the pasta master is gone. A complete fiasco. I was sad to lose my favorite pasta for a few months.
The last time we were on it was a disgrace:
We had a coke next to the pasta. After I paid off the account, I took my unfinished. Rushing into the car as if I had stolen something, the employees ran after me. I was told I wasn't allowed to take the Coke bottle. The bottle is not returnable. Something I paid for, even if it was a deposit. I'm not punishing a ban.
NEVER GO.

It can be tried, but they need to improve themselves. Their sauces are good, I think the portion is enough. However, some pastas were sticky and not cooked.

Haslandiktan sonra suyu suzulmemis ve biraz sos eklenmis gibiydi, sadece su tadi geliyordu, tuzsuzdu, makarnalarin bir kismi birbirine yapismisti ve pismemisti… Menusunde sadece makarna olan bir yer icin cok basarisizdi. Biz bir daha gitmeyiz, tavsiye de etmeyiz kimseye.
It was the worst pasta I've ever eaten in my life. After boiling, it looked like the water was not drained and a little sauce was added, only water tasted, it was without salt, some of the pasta was stuck together and was not cooked… It was very unsuccessful for a place that only had pasta on the menu. We will not go again, nor do we recommend it to anyone.
