★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not stay here if you would like to have a comfortable temperature in your room. No air conditioning only heat. Was told to open a window that has no screen to protect from bugs or noise from the roadway below. I cant believe this is a 5 Star Hotel. I have slept in hostels that provide air conditioning. Try the Hilton Garden Inn instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have already send a form from your web site . We had a big problem with room. It was extremely hot and they said they are not able to do anything other then to advice open the windows. And eventhough we open the windows whole night it was still hot also we had loud traffic voice.
Secondly breakfast was very ordinary, we hardly find staff to ask for any requirement. Selecsions were very simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my family stayed one night in Novotel Konya on our way from Eskisehir to Alanya. We found the hotel quite comfortable and conveniently located. We liked the very rich breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only hotel in Turkey in which I found employees that spoke english and that worried about people who could not eat food containing gluten. I had the chance to talk to the chef about the buffet and had a very pleasant experience. The pool is also nice, although not very big.
The only problem was the air conditioning, because the rooms were all too hot.
Absolutely recommend it.

The service and the breakfast is very good.
Unfortunately, I did not have time to visit the restaurant.
Once the room service was used and here everything was right.
Negative was only the defective window, which could not be opened.
After a change of room, the problem was also resolved.
I can recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6th of January we checked in, we found a very helpful and smiley guy in reception, he gave us all the details and informations needed.
The room was clean and well equipped.
The next morning breakfast was various and very delicious, the only thing i found unfortunate was the bread in the breakfast was old and a bit hard on edges.
