Reception stuff not professional they move his head for no when I asked for someone to carry my luggage
I carry my bags to 3d floor by my self in 4 star hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located at a very good location in Gaziantep.
Rooms are nice, clean and modern furnished.
The restaurant has very good meals and service.
Facilities like pool .. etc are clean and perfect.
Price was very fair.
Staff very friendly and good.
I reached the hotel very delayed cause of my flight but the staff at reception (Mr. Sergen) was very fast, helpful and provisional to provide me the room very quick at that time.
I decided immediately to extend my stay from one night to three nights.
No need to look for an another hotel in Gaziantep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all while I am writing this review internet is so bad, weak etc. I could not start to write unless for 5 minute to open this writing screen. they gave me smoking room and I am non smoker. They insist the room was non smoker room. First they said it was non-smoke than when I return back and complained about the smoke inside the room, they say we cant change it unless tomorrow as I am staying for one night. I came here because of my company arrange it and I strongly against the recommendation of this hotel. Cleaning worst they even didn't let the air condition vacuum the smoke. Cleaning seal was broken. It was a nightmare..

2.Card for room and elevator always not work.
3 I tell them for chek out until 12:30 they say OK.. but at 11:45 they turnoff the AC??
4 THE cleaner is good..but for 4 star hotel .have to be better and change and replace every thing daily..

I had a few odd moments - like when I wanted to add a night and they wanted payment immediately. Or when room service claimed only cash payment was possible. Staff seemed ok, not as friendly as I am used to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Novotel Gaziantep. Rooms were good, clean, location was perfect, no complaints there.
First of all, Wifi was the slowest I have experienced in years. Since the front desk staff spoke no English, I needed the Google Translate program, but it would not load, because of the slow Wifi. For a Novotel in this day and age, that's a no go.
Second: we are one and a half years into this pandemic. If I inquire about a PCR test, I expect the front desk staff to be able to help me. They had zero clue, and I do mean zero. Three people (one of them being the translator) could not help me, so I figured it out myself.
Third: I would be HAPPY to pay five Euros more per night if you could train the staff in basic knowledge on the city they live and work in, and English. No one has to be fluent, but for an international hotel chain English should be at a basic to medium leve, not at zero.
Summary: the level of knowledge and interest and helpfulness of the Front Desk staff was way below what I am used to from other Accor Hotels. Please invest in training.
