We trusted the Novas Globala, if we hadn't. 23.01.2021 We have delivered our goods to Novas. It would be in Germany, in Munich, 7-8 days later. We waited almost exactly 3 months for our items. Half of the items were lost, broken, returned, our table left Switzerland, the sofa faces out of Frankfurt, etc. etc. The windows of the siphoners and Commodins were all broken. Total disgrace. They said we'll do it, we'll send it free of charge, but the room is still unfortunately It took 2.5 months. When it arrived in old pieces, it was broken again. We said "pension" would not be in this place. We have never seen anything like this in our lives! H. Bey, the salesperson, was very diligent from the beginning, but the last two months did not offer any solution or help. We referred themselves to Allah. Unfortunately, it has been a very bad experience. We cannot recommend it to anyone!
