★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk önceleri "Vefa" adı ile açılan yeni adı " Novada " olan ( aslında isim hikayesi ayrı bir başlık konusu ) eski sehir satadyumu ve eskipazar yeri yerine konut inşasıyla ( konut yapımı da ayrı bir başlık konusu olabilir ) beraber yapımı planlanıp uygulamaya konulan bir alış veriş merkezi. Açıldığı ilk günlerde ( şehir günden güne güneye kaydığından dolayı ) tutunamayacağı düşünülen ancak zamanla ve sn belediye başkanımızın büyük gayretleriyle ( yazdığım şeyin siyasetle alakası yok! ) canlı hale getirilen bu günlerde de artık birçok kişinin uğrak yeri olan, içerisinde İlçe Müftülüğü, Camii, Ptt, sinema ve ünlü markaların yer aldığı bir-çok mağazaya ev sahipliği yapan oldukça iyi görünümlü bir yerleşke. Ayrıca Samsun-Ordu karayoluna oldukça yakın olmasından dolayı şehirlerarası seyehat edecek olanlar açısından da ziyaret edilmeye müsait bir alışveriş merkezidir kendisi.
