Esnaflık böyle olmamalı ben bir müsteriyim müşteriye nasıl davranılacağını öğrenmelisiniz bizlere böyle el kol hareketi yaparak kovuyormuş gibi muamele yapamazasiniz benim için kartepe noterliği bitmiştir. Noter beye şikayetimi yapacaktım ama yerinde yoktu hanimefendiniin yaptığı doğru bir davranış değildi. GÜN içinde gezdiğim 7 8 noterde çalışanların davranışlarını gorup kendinizle kıyaslasanız ne demek istediğimi anlarsınız bence sizde diğer noterlerde işlemleri izlemelisiniz !! R	Rıdvan Saygılı on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 08/06/2020 tarihinde Malatyadan araç alımı için Kartepeye gitmiştim.Araç sahibi ile anlaşınca mecburen en yakın notere gittik.Bizden istenilen evrakları saygılı bir şekilde Noterliğin çalışanlarına ilettik.Noter imzasından sonra satış bedelini ödeyerek ruhsatı almamız gereken en sondaki masaya gittik ismimizi okudu, ücreti istedi bizden denileni yapmamıza rağmen neden isim okunmadan ücreti ödediğimizi söyledi.Kendisinin isim okuduğunu bunun üzerine ücreti verdiğimizi söyledik.ayrıca Malatyadan geldiğimizi ve yola çıkacağımızı belirttik.Sistem ağır bahanesi ile tam iki saat ruhsatı bekledik.Sistemde sıkıntı olabilir yanlız işin ilginç tarafı görevli memur bize saygılı davranmamıza rağmen cephe almış ve ruhsat çıkmasına rağmen bizi keyfi olarak bekletmiştir.Noterde ekmek parasını kazanan biri müşterilere keyfi olarak davranmaması lazım diye düşünüyorum.Kartepe Noterininde bu konu üzerinde çalışması gerekir biz nasıl kanunlara uygun şekilde davranıyorsak Noterlik çalışanlarıda kanunlara uygun ve objektif çalışması gerekir.Parayı tahsil eden noterlik görevlisinin keyfi davranmasıyla 10 dakikalık işte 2 saatten fazla zaman harcadım ve onu yüzünden kaza geçirebilirdim dönüşte(.Malatyadan otobüs ile gidiş ve araç ile dönüş dinlenmeden 30 saat kadar zaman gerektiriyor)Kartepe Noteri söylediklerimin doğru olup olmadığını 08/06/2020 saat 10 sularından başlayarak saat 12 arasına kadar kamera kayıtlarını inceleyerek teyit edebilir.Saygılarımla... Bence gerekçe sadece işi bilmemeleri, diğer arkadaşların da yorumlarda yazdığı gibi.. yapamıyorsanız kapatın gitsin 2. Notary public can't solve my problem whenever I go for personnel exit procedures and they say they can't do it for different reasons each time. I think the reason is just that they don't know the job, as other friends wrote in the comments.. if you can't do it, turn it off.
