It is a nice place but cigarette smoke is at a level that can disturb those who do not use it. It would be better if they could find a solution. The tea was good. A place with a match broadcast.

Kars was a cafe where we breathed and had tea on our city trip. It attracted my attention that it was decorated with team scarves on the walls. You can also understand by its name that it does not have a luxurious atmosphere.
