C	Cihan Uysak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bundan yaklasik 9 10 ay once profesyonel 3 lu expresso makinesi icin su aritma cihazina arayisimiz vardi internetten bu firmayi buldum ve onur beyle gorustum kendisine makinemizin resmini atarak kendisinden bize uygun cihazi almak istedigimizi soyledik kendisin onerdigi cihazi satin aldik kurulumu icin elemanlar geldi firmadan kurdular biraz deponun dolmasi getrktigini soylediler hemen expresso makinesin deposunu dokduramaz basinci yeterki diyi beklememiz gerektigini soylediler ama 2 3 gun oldu vihazin basi ci yeterli gelmedi ve onur beyin onerdigi vihaz suan bizim icin cop hic kullanamadik yaklasik 1000 tlik cihazi bosuna almis olduk okadar expresso makinimizin resmini gonderip kendisine ozellikle makinemize uygun bir bir cihaz gondermeleri ricasinda bulunmamiza ragmen sonra onur beye bu durumu anlattigimiz da kutular acildigi ve kurulum oldugu icin geri alamayacaklarini soylediler ve elimizde bu cihaz patladi o yuzden bu firmayi kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.onur beye guvendik aldik cihazi ama bosuna almis olduk. Etik olarak kendi hatalarini gidermelerini beklerdik ustune ekleyerrk daha buyuk cihazda alabilirdik ama yok kutu acildigi icin alamiyirlarmis ozaman duzgun yonlendirme yapsalardida bu duruma gelmeseydik keske olan bizim zaman kaybimiz para kaybimiz oldu! Profesyonel musteri iliskilerine onem vermeyen bir firma bence.kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Approximately 9 10 months ago, we searched for a water purification device for a professional triple expresso machine, I found this company on the internet and I met with Mr. Onur, we told him that we wanted to buy the device suitable for us by throwing a picture of our machine, we bought the device he recommended himself, the staff came from the company to install it and the warehouse was filled. They said that they brought the expresso machine immediately, they said that we had to wait for enough pressure, but the pressure of the device was not enough and the device that honored the brain recommended, we could not use the baton for us at all. Although we made a request to send a device, they told Mr. Onur that they could not take it back because the boxes were opened and it was installed, and this device exploded in our hands, so I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone. We bought the device, but we took it for nothing. Ethically, we would expect them to correct their mistakes, we could add it to a larger device, but they could not buy it because the box was opened, so if they did not come to this situation, we had a waste of time and money! I think it is a company that does not care about professional customer relations. I do not recommend it to anyone.
