Be sure to ask for written documents for the membership fee! Since I used this place, my friend also registered on October 14, 2021 and we got a (supposedly) discounted price for 2 people and an extra month of use for each. My friend made the payment that day at the agreed price, and I informed him that I would pay later, since my previous annual membership was about 2 months away. Everything normal so far, then bingo! I've been calling today and they're asking if I want a subscription renewal. I also explain the situation to the friend on the phone; We took care of it, I'll pay you next week. However, I was informed that the person I spoke to left the job, the prices have increased, so I can take advantage of the "new special" price (about 40% higher than the agreed price). It will be Ms. Ayşe, the officer there, Mr. Ahmet, it doesn't matter for the customer. Since my client here is the company (N-Joy), I am quite disturbed by this practice and I am terminating my membership. The important thing here is not the amount, I would rather pay more and get a more professional service if necessary. I will definitely not recommend this company that I have always recommended until now.
